Welcome to the blog of Ken Hare, investigative reporter and former journalist for the historic Chicago Defender newspaper, whose groundbreaking stories paved the way to laws and policies being changed at the city, county and state levels.
In the spirits of justice and humility, I aim to continue reporting on the important issues that matter most to everyday Chicagoans. Stay tuned as we work to bring you groundbreaking insights and astonishing revelations that strike at the heart and soul.
